Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use The Blend. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Blend is intended for responsible adults who legally consume alcohol.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to the app — your bottle entries, tasting notes, and infinity bottle logs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

AI Features

The blend recommendations provided by our AI assistant are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice. Always drink responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The Blend name, logo, design, and all associated content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of AI-generated blending suggestions is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
